Mountain cooking, local produce from the Ripollès and a wood-fired grill.
We are a family-run restaurant in the centre of Ripoll. We work with farmers and stockbreeders from the Ripollès valley and cook over a holm-oak wood fire. The menu changes with the seasons because we believe the produce comes first.
