Websites for restaurants

You put the work in. Let it show.

A website for restaurants that want their customers to always find the right information.

The menu, the opening hours and the phone number always current — and you change them yourself from your phone, in ten seconds, with nobody to call and no queue to wait in.

  • 390 € to set up
  • From 29 € a month

VAT on top. Designed around your business and built to bring you customers, not to look pretty.

  • No tie-in contract
  • The domain is yours
  • Live within a week
  • You see it finished before you pay

We show you what we do, not promises: three websites you can open and an editor you can touch.

The problem

If they can't find you, they can't choose you.

People decide where to eat before they leave the house, and they decide on their phone. If you don't show up well there, you don't lose one stray visit: you lose it to the restaurant next door, which may not cook any better but is easier to find.

  • The menu is a PDF that's hard to read on a phone.
  • It isn't clear whether you're open today.
  • The set lunch still shows last week's price.
  • The customer can't find the phone number first time.
  • They don't know how to book.
  • Instagram says one thing and the website says another.
  • Google is showing old information.

None of this means you cook badly. It means the people looking for you never find that out.

The difference

Before and after

This is what changes when your website does the job it is there to do.

Right now

  • The menu is a PDF you have to pinch-zoom to read.
  • The hours on the website and the hours on Google don't agree.
  • Changing the set lunch price means calling somebody and waiting.
  • It isn't clear whether you're open today.

With BizPilot

  • The menu reads well on a phone, with no zooming.
  • The hours are the same everywhere, and you keep them.
  • You change the set lunch price yourself, in ten seconds.
  • The page says whether you're open now and when you close.

Examples

Three restaurants, three websites

Built with the same tool, and they look nothing alike. A coastal rice restaurant, a mountain kitchen and a home-cooking house with a set lunch: open them on your phone and see how the style, the way the menu is shown and the contact button all change. These are demos with sample data.

We'll build you one like these

With your restaurant's name and menu, emailed to you. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

The editor

Change it yourself. In seconds.

This is where we part company with everyone else. We don't build you a site and leave you stranded: we hand it to you. Open the editor on your phone, change what you need, press Save and it's published.

You don't have to create an account

You'll get a private link, yours alone. No sign-up, no username, no passwords to remember: open the link on your phone, tablet or computer and you're in. Save it to your home screen and it behaves like an app.

The real panel, in 30 seconds

Thirty seconds, no sound. This is the real panel: you open it, change what you need and save.

No sound · 3.1 MB, loads when you tap it

Try it yourself

  1. Open your link on your phone.
  2. Change the price of the set lunch.
  3. Move an opening time.
  4. Put up a new photo.
  5. Mark a day as a bank holiday.
  6. Press Save.
  7. The change is live on the site, instantly.

No phone calls. No waiting your turn. No paying every time you want to change something.

What's included

What we do

Built for the phone, top to bottom

It's where you'll run it from and where everyone will look at it. It reads well one-handed: the menu, the opening hours, directions and the booking button, all within thumb's reach.

The menu, written into the page

Not a photo and not a PDF you have to pinch-zoom. The dishes with their prices, written into the site: it reads well on a phone, it changes in seconds, and search engines understand it. With allergens dish by dish, if you want them.

Opening hours that say whether you're open now

The page answers on its own, and you mark bank holidays and closures yourself from the editor. It's the first question anyone asks when they're deciding where to eat tonight.

Set up so Google understands your business

Your information ordered the way Google expects it: who you are, where you are, when you open, what you offer. We don't promise you'll come first — nobody can promise that. What we promise is that when they look you up, what they find is clear and consistent.

Call or message, in one tap

A phone number that taps and dials, and WhatsApp that opens the conversation straight away. A number you can't tap is a customer hanging up.

Your social accounts, properly visible

Instagram, Facebook or TikTok as real buttons, not three words hidden in the footer. What you already post every day starts working for you instead of sitting there.

Catalan, Spanish and English

You choose the main language; visitors switch with one click. If you get customers from abroad, the site speaks to them too.

The information the law requires

Allergens dish by dish in a restaurant, owner details in any business. We settle it from day one, not when an inspection turns up.

How we work

How we work

We ask you for nothing up front. No money, no details, no commitment until you've seen the site built and working.

  1. We send you the finished website

With your name, your menu and your opening hours, taken from what you already have published. There's nothing you need to send us.

  2. You tell us what you'd change

Colours, photos, text, the order of the dishes. We adjust it until you're happy.

  3. When you like it, you pay

That's when you pay: half at the least, and the rest thirty days later if you prefer.

  4. We publish it

Once the payment is in, we put it live and give you the link to edit it yourself.

Prices

What it costs

Two figures and no surprises: what it costs to build, and what it costs to keep it published, current and editable. We give you both here so there's nothing left to discover later.

Setting it up 390 € one-off

The site built around your business, your content moved onto the page, up to three languages, the markup that tells Google who you are, and published on your own domain. You pay once it's in front of you and you're happy with it.

And then, monthly, so it stays published and stays yours to run:

Basic 29 € a month Or 290 € a year: two months free
  • Hosting, security certificate and backups
  • The editor: change prices, hours and text yourself, from your phone
  • Support by email or WhatsApp
  • Quarterly report on how the site is doing
The one we recommend Complete 59 € a month Or 590 € a year: two months free
  • Everything in Basic
  • Two structural changes a month, done by us: a new section, a different menu structure, a seasonal front page. The day-to-day you change yourselves, always and without limit
  • We look after your Google listing
  • Translations always kept current
  • Monthly report

Pay for the year up front and you pay ten months out of twelve: 290 € for Basic and 590 € for Complete.

All prices exclude VAT. It's added on the invoice at the current rate.

See the full price list

You see the site finished before you pay anything. If it doesn't win you over, you owe us nothing and there are no hard feelings.

The audit

Want to know how people see you right now?

We'll do you the first report for 0 €: what someone searching for you on Google finds, what you have right and what is costing you customers. It's yours to keep, whether we work together or not. If you want more later, those are charged separately.

Transparency

What we want to tell you before you ask

You see the site before you pay

Finished and working. If it doesn't win you over, you owe us nothing.

No tie-in

The month you decide, we stop. No notice required and no penalty.

The domain is yours

In your name from day one. If you leave, you take it and we help you move it.

The content is yours

We hand it over in a file the day you ask, at no charge.

The editor is yours while the service is active

Hosting is part of it: when the maintenance stops, the site stops being published. We say so here, not in the small print.

You pay to see nothing

Not the audit, not the finished site, not the changes you ask for before saying yes.

Who we are

Who we are

We're from Catalonia and we do two things: look at how people find you today, and fix it.

First we run you a digital audit: how you appear on Google, whether your menu can be read on a phone, whether anyone can tell if you're open right now. You get it in writing, with what we'd change and why, and it costs you nothing and commits you to nothing.

Then, if you want, we build the site. Not a template with your name on top: a page designed around your restaurant, in your colours and your way of working — a home-cooking place with a set lunch doesn't present itself like a tasting restaurant.

And we hand it to you. One link saved in your phone's favourites and you can change the menu, the prices and the hours whenever you like, without calling us or waiting for us.

Where it started

How it began

Looking for somewhere to eat, we kept running into the same thing: no way of knowing whether they did a set lunch or only à la carte, no way of knowing whether they were open that day, or a menu in PDF that was impossible to read on a phone. In the end you went somewhere else. Not because the food was worse — often quite the opposite — but because you couldn't find out in time.

And there are plenty of kitchens here that cook as well as a starred one, or better. What they don't have is time. Someone who spends all day in the kitchen and the dining room can't spend their afternoons on a website, and that's fair enough. But in a world where everyone decides by looking at their phone, that's a very good product going to waste.

BizPilot started to take that stone out of the road: that whoever looks for you can see what you cook, what it costs and whether you're open now. Nothing more. The good work you already do yourselves.

And the name?

A pilot is the one who comes aboard and takes the ship into harbour through the mouth, where it's easy to run aground. They know where the rocks are, but the ship isn't theirs and the captain is still the captain. We saw ourselves in that: you have the restaurant and the kitchen; we know the digital ground, we come along for that stretch, and then we get off the boat.

Questions

Frequently asked

Can I leave whenever I want?

Yes, and with no notice: the month you decide, we stop. We give you your content in a file at no charge and help you take the domain wherever you like — it's been yours since day one. What we do want to say plainly up front: hosting is part of the maintenance, so the day the maintenance stops, the site stops being published. That isn't a penalty, it's simply what the service is — and you lose nothing that belongs to you.

I already have a website. What then?

We'll look at it with no obligation and tell you whether it's worth fixing or rebuilding. We won't push you to change something that already works.

Who is behind BizPilot?

We're from Catalonia and you talk directly to the person building your site — not a salesperson first, a designer next and a support desk when something breaks. Whoever picks up the phone is the one with the site in their hands.

How long does it take?

The site is usually live within a week of you saying yes.

How does payment work?

You don't pay to see it built. When it wins you over and you say yes, you pay half at the least, and the rest thirty days later if you prefer.

What does «bespoke» actually mean?

That it carries your menu, your colours and your way of working — not a template with your name stuck on top. A home-cooking place with a set lunch doesn't present itself like a tasting restaurant, and the site has to say so before anyone reads a word.

No strings

We build it first, you decide after

We'll build your restaurant's website from what you already have published and email it to you finished. Look at it in your own time. If you don't like it, that's that: you've paid nothing and you owe us nothing.

  1. You give us your email and the name of the restaurant. Nothing else.
  2. We build it from your menu, your opening hours and whatever is already online. You don't have to dig anything out.
  3. We send it to you finished. Tell us what you'd change, or tell us no. Both answers are fine.

We send one email with the website. No newsletters, no pushy calls. If you don't reply, we don't write again.
